I don't know if this will help at all, but I am also getting this error message. But then this happened: I got the error message and this time I didn't close the error message. I left it open while I was reading through the replies here to see how I could fix the issue. Then I looked back up at my computer screen to find that it had successfully uploaded to the gallery. So maybe try waiting a few minutes after getting the error message? See if that does anything? I don't know, it might be worth a shot. Good luck!
