Server Error uploading to gallery/library

I started a new game today to try to upload a lot containing just an empty box to my library but it still didn't work, same error message, then I tried to upload the empty lot and nothing. At this point I'm very disappointed, I bought all the packs of this game for nothing, I can't do what I like the most that is building because I can't save my builds, hence I deleted all my previous builds and sims and I'm not sure if I'll be able to enjoy the game anymore, as I've read this thread, I get that this problem has been happening to players for a long time now since the burglar update regardless of what device they use, it's time EA should have fixed it already, but it's just getting worse. So disheartening.
