Since ‘Businesses & Hobbies’ update I can’t save anything to my personal Library. I left a ticket about that but it’s been ignored for 12 days, which is insane. I cannot play a game I spent almost a thousand dollars on.
I could manage to fix this (no thanks to support) by completelydeleting and redownloading My Library file from PS+ cloud but it helped only for a couple of days. Now I can’t save a thing to my Galety once again. As I see I’m not the only one with this issue on consoles even though EA Support closes tickets with no working solution and redirects us here (which is PC ticket btw).
