Server Error uploading to gallery/library

Has anyone found a workaround yet? I’ve tried deleting the alarm system but it still isn’t saving. I’m about to just quit playing for a while, this is behind ridiculous at this point. It’s been over a month, and still no solution. 

EDIT: Thank you to the other commenter who mentioned waiting for it to return to the screen! I did that & it worked! Basically when it pops up “server error”, don’t click ok or the exit out yet! Just wait for the screen to return to the build mode (it’ll close the gallery screen) and then click ok & it should be in your gallery! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE PERSON WHO MENTIONED THIS! It took a few minutes for it to return to the normal screen, so just wait & it’ll return! 🙂

EDIT: I’m sorry that this doesn’t work for some of y’all, EA needs to fix this asap. It’s absolutely ridiculous that THIS MANY people are STILL having the issue. Unfortunately, after trying all the solutions left by fellow simmers, this was the only one I found that works. I hope y’all get to save your builds soon, it’s sucks that such a game breaking bug still has NOT been fixed! EA, do your jobs!
