Several people from Sims 4 on FB have told me that like myself they are unable to load the gallery. It was working fine for me yesterday but by last night it was no longer working and still isn't. If you are having this issue. Please post here as suggested by EA Help!
The issue that started for me today is while browsing the gallery will cause my game to crash. Multiple times this has happened.
