This is the text in the error message:
Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later.
I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do ...

I’m getting an error message trying to upload a residential lot to the gallery:
“Server Error. We cannot process this Gallery request. Please try again later.”
Just prior to this error the game prompted me to restart. I restarted, but now cannot upload this lot. I was able to upload the Sims family, but not their home.
I rebooted my wi-fi, signed out of the EA app, rebooted my laptop, then signed back in and re-started my game. And I’m still getting the error message. :/
Is this an issue related to the latest game update?
Edit: I was able to upload an unfinished residential lot, but still cannot upload the finished residential lot. No CC. No mods.
I have same the problem. I have tried to reinstall EA app. and all my add on and still get the server error message when I try to place a lot.
This was immediately following an EA app update. I’m wondering if that’s a factor..
This only just started happening to me, and it occurs every time I try to like somebody else's build or household. The popup is relentless and just keeps coming no matter how many times I try to X out of it until I end up having to close out of the game entirely. I've repaired my game like 3 times now, and even that's coming with its own set of problems...
Just started for me as well.
Is anyone investigating this? I can't save anything to the gallery or my own gallery!! I'm on PS4, have a stable and active internet connection, and it's been MONTHS NOW.

i am also having this problem and there's still no way to properly fix it....its been going on since the last update i have tried everything to fix it but unfortunately ive come up with the same thing every time ea needs to fix things..
Hi, I have been having the same issue for several weeks now. I removed all Mods, etc, and repaired the game several times over the last weeks. No change. The above solution from Luciamm doesn't work for me.
I am also having this error, in both modded and clean saves. I cannot upload to my library. I like to build in a cc and mod free builder's save then transfer the build over to my game.
I can upload to the gallery but sometimes I'm working off someone else's build and it feels rude to upload their build to the gallery under my name.
