I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do ...
Ideas
I get a slightly different error. "There was an error saving this Lot to My Library."
I can save from the gallery to my library but can't save a lot from my game to my library. (I am able to save households.)
No mods used. Happens across all my saves. I can't even save a base game lot that has had no changes made to it.
