Server Error uploading to gallery/library

I'm getting this problem where the sims is saying "Server Error. We cannot process this Gallery Request" whenever I'm trying to save in build mode to my library. I even cleared everything like cache and thumbnail still same issue still and even removed my mods still same things like I'm honestly very annoyed. I can save stuff just fine in my gallery when I'm making sims just not in build mode. I'm honestly a bit scared to delete my save files and start over because I cannot save my house I've been working on for so long. Can someone please help me fix this? I even tried clearing EA temp files, rebooting the sims again from scratch, and I accidentally lost my tray file. I'm unsure what to do at this rate. I also updated my game.
