I have been having the same issue. I have tried creating a new sims 4 folder, I tried clearing caches, I repaired the game, I repaired the EA app, I tried a new save, I tried a new lot, I tried a new build in a new save on a new lot. I Can't even save the build to my own library let alone upload it to the gallery. Please fix this :( my build is awesome! and I need to save it so I can move my legacy family back in. :/ So annoying.
