Server Error uploading to gallery/library

This issue hasn't been solved for months now, what I've been doing is to ignore the error message not hitting ok nor closing it either, just letting it there open and wait until the upload window behind the error message window closes, and then close the error message window on the  x  icon, when I check on the gallery the lot or household is uploaded, try this, see if works for you in the meantime they actually fix it.
