I too am having this issue. What I've tried so far (that hasn't helped):
- deleted the localthumbcache file and the onlinecache folder
- moved out my Mods folder
- started the EA app offline and cleared its cache, and tried saving the lot with no internet connection
- tried saving another lot from another world
It's not a major bug that makes gameplay impossible, but as a builder I'd like to keep track of my creations, back them up, and even share them!
