Server Error uploading to gallery/library

This is the text in the error message: Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later. I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do ...

I dont know about anyone else but the error message Im getting says "Server Error. We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later." However, I keep getting this message. I haven't been able to save anything even to my own page OR the Gallery for several days at least.
