I fear it's a gallery thing. The gallery is notorious for having issues. :(
But judging by your previous reference to your own “personal gallery” you’re referring to your in-game Library, not the online Gallery. They are not the same thing. The Library is local on your machine, the Gallery is online on EA servers.
Are you having problems saving a Lot to your Library? Or uploading a Lot from your Library to the Gallery?

Actually both! First it was only with my personal gallery but now It's a russian roulette with uploading to the public gallery online or my personal. Some days it doesn't happen at all and then other days it happens a lot! 🤷♀️
