I've been having a ton of problems with my gallery since I started playing on a different laptop several months ago. Many of my old saved lots and households aren't opening, and I can't save old lots to my gallery. It just says unable to process the request, try again later, every time. I'm not a very tech savvy player so I have no clue how to fix this issue or what's causing it.
