After the update to version 1.117, I can't upload the house I created to either my personal gallery or workshop. But weirdly, I can upload my sim character, but the house I create fails to upload every time.
This is the text in the error message: "Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later."
I've already tried all basic troubleshooting methods, including but not limited to:
Removing all mods and cc, and deleting the localthumbcache.package cache file.
Verified the game file integrity via Steam.
I even renamed the ‘The Sims 4’ folder and created a new game environment. But after that, even placing a single chair fails to save to the personal gallery.
I’ve had this same issue all day, hoping there’s a fix soon
