Everytime I try to save a build to the Gallery or to my Library it tells me that it couldn't save the build and to try again later. I have tried repairing the game multiple times, it happens even if I have absolutely no mods installed and it has been happening for months.
I would really love some help with this.

could you please post the full error message you're getting ? A screenshot would be most helpful.
Of course, the message is German but translated it says this:
Server-Error. We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later.
