I have been frantically troubleshooting my game for 5 days when I remembered the game switched to DX11 after the update.
When I went back to DX9 I could save builds to my library just fine again, and just as fast as before the update.
Thank you! I’ve been going crazy trying to figure out why. My builds wouldn’t upload.
