All packs except Star Wars and some kits, ps4 so no mods ofc
For a while now I have not been able to save any lots I build to either my library or to the gallery. I can use and download things off the gallery, and I haven’t tried to save my sims to my library so I’m unsure if that also doesn’t work, but it’s incredibly frustrating trying to save my builds and it just won’t let me.
Oh, sorry to be the one to tell you but the gallery won't be functional for sims 4 console players until sometime next week (Tuesday maybe?) when the new update comes out for those platforms. PC players got the update today and I guess because in had a new lot type (playgrounds?), the gallery can't be accessed by those who don't have the new lot type.

Are you seeing a "Server Error" message when you try to save your lots?
Having this issue too. It'll let me save my sims households but not my builds.
I have the same problem on my PS5 console, when I try to save the game or travel, I get a "game error" and everything I did went to the trash
