I'm having the same issue and extremely frustrated. I play on steam. I've verified all files. Moved the entire Sims 4 folder out of the Electronic arts folder and started up the game to generate a whole new folder. I've moved all saves, tray folder, cleared the cache etc. I'm playing on a brand new save just to see if it would work now. Zero mods or CC. I just started this save and picked a random sim just so I could built a blank square and it still won't work. Can't load to the gallery or even my library. I mostly build, so this is extremely frustrating and there's no point on even continuing building if I can't even save them. I didn't trust just plain saves with the rate they keep corrupting then everything I build will be gone.

Try waiting until the gallery screen behind the error disappears, it's working for a lot of people and once the screen disappears you can close the error and the lot will be saved. Remember to check the cc box if you have CC or it will not shown.
