I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do ...

When is gallery server getting fixed? I don't see any solutions on what to do, it doesn't let me upload my builds, download others' builds... also i can't see anything new on it or any of my friends' profiles because it always says 'no results' and I'm attaching the picture of the message I get everytime I want to upload or download.
Also I saw something like this posted on this forum 3 months ago and nothing was fixed or given advice on what to do so I'm writing again...
I already took out the mods, repaired the game, switched to dx9, now I'm considering reinstalling the game but I'm writing here in case someone know what could be the problem?
I am having all these issues too- not every single time, but often enough that it is now at least half the time and extremely frustrating. I am on a Mac playing a modded game with all packs.
