Short Pets Animation

Hi guys! Whenever my sim picks up a cat/small dog to hug, kiss, etc, there is no animation nor relationship gain. I’ve done diagnostics with removing my mods and using a previous tray/save. Nothing fixes the problem. I’ve just been using the “pet” prompt in order to have relationship gain, but I’d really like to pick them up again. What should I do?
