When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

PLEASE fix this issue I've been having for several months now. All lof my Sims in The Sims4 are wearing their default underwear when I click on them to be nude. They also bath and shower in their default underwear. They can no longer tan without now having tan lines from their underwear, they no longer react to seeing each other nude, and it's no longer any fun to use this feature. It was disturbed with a patch update, and I've been very patient in hopes to have it fixed soon.
I'm on console/Playstation 4/own all packs/kits.
