Sims wear default underwear/AA shorts when naked

At this point I'm going to assume it's intentional and they just won't admit that they're trying to comply with extremist modesty laws. 🤣 No, seriously, I have no idea. It's apparently simply not a priority...

    Well, I wouldn’t put it past EA, but the fact that Sims get properly naked under the pixelation in a new save and only go never-naked after an autonomous outfit change and  save/reload points to it being a bug. 

    I hope. 😬
