Sims wear default underwear/AA shorts when naked

Does anyone know at what stage is the investigation of this error? It's really frustrating, I've tried everything to fix it but nothing changes, the only thing that comforts me is that it's not my fault, I thought it was because of CC but it turns out it's not

I "fixed it" in my game with cc... someone made invisible default replacements for the CAS underwear.

I really wish EA would fix it though because I like to keep my cc folder lean.
