When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

Sims take a shower in their underwear from the game despite uninstalling and installing the game, deleting the files, nothing helps with CC and without them, it's the same when I enter a new game, the problem disappears but when I enter again, it returns
