When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

This has been happening for me since the life and death update with or without mods.
HOWEVER...
If I make a brand new fresh game and have that sim "change into nude" they will be fully nude. No default underpants under the mosaic. I then made that same sim travel to sulani to sunbathe in the nude and then the default underpants appeared. I had them travel back home and had them change into the nude again. The default underpants are still there. So I don't know if that means traveling off lot is the trigger or what.
The trigger is any action that causes an automatic outfit change, that was figured out in like the first 10 comments, so sending them shower, work out, or dress up when leaving the lot would all do it
