When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

I noticed it after L&D patch.
Sunbathing in nude leaves the underwear lines on my Sims. It is visible they are wearing it. Why having a nude option then? Why showering with underwear? And how difficult is to solve it?
