When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

I have this issue too. Even when using the Nude Tops and Bottoms CC by Weepingsimmer, as soon as you're out of CAS it shows as underwear. It's been like this for a long time too.
