Sims wear default underwear/AA shorts when naked

When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.  Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title Note from EA_S...

playing on ps5 and also have the underwear issue when they're supposed to be naked

    so I started a new save, nude was working perfectly until I travelled to another place and now it always have the underwear :(

      this is consistent with  every new save I have started since reporting this.
