When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

I am able to reproduce this as well. Reproduction steps:
1) Start a new save, create a new sim and move them into a lot.
2) Make the sim naked by either changing their outfit or making them shower (At this point the bug does not reproduce yet)
3) While they are naked, save the game and return to menu or go to manage world
4) Return to playing the same sim and remove their clothes again
Observed results:
Underwear is present beneath the nudity pixellation. After the reproduction steps are followed, any time *any* sim in the save becomes naked, there is underwear present.
EDIT: I had no mods installed or testing cheats enabled when reproducing the issue. Issue was reproduced on PC.
Someone has posted pretty much these exact same steps to reproduce every few weeks for a year now. Nearly this exact same post is one of the first replies in the thread. I think we have ample evidence that this happens the same way in every game without fail
Izakadu You're not wrong, but we must break the Under Investigation spell somehow! 😆 At this point, this bug will commemorate its first anniversary and most Simmers can reproduce it with their eyes closed. What is there to investigate?
