When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

this is just getting ridiculous, I had the standard underwear issue with my previous saved games, not great but getting used to because apparently it's impossible to fix
but now I started a new save and it's just WORSE!! now sim is wearing some weird green shorts... what?? Is this simple issue so difficult to fix?
I play on PS5 so no mods or anything
