When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

Hey again everyone,
Just dropping in with an update on my previous post, we've found that the fix we're implementing for our next Base Game update resolves this issue for all Sims except infant/toddler Sims.
We're currently targeting our January Base Game update to release the fix for infants and toddlers as well.
