When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

Hello, I updated my game and played only to notice that my sims are still wearing their underwear while taking a shower or bath, or simply by being naked. I tested with adult and young adult sims for now, and both still wear their underwear in the nude ''outfit''.
I believe this bug was supposed to be fixed. Not for me.
I have all pack installed, old save file, no cc, no mods. I repaired my game and have the latest version (2025-dec-02).
Same issue here. XBox.
Is this for sims that already had underwear before the patch or new ones?
I'm having the same issue and my experience, mine are premade. I'm on console, PS4
I have the same problem with a sim I created before the patch. The devs shouldn't just fix a bug and then say it only applies to new saves. We players can't always start over from scratch. We have saves that have been going on for months, families we have devoted time helping grow.
It is only fixed for new sims. For existing sims it can be solved by using a mod but it is complicated I can provide steps if wanted. For console there is no way to fix it for existing sims.

Steps:
- You need to download and install the mod MC Command Center (google it).
- Start the Sims 4 and click new game. You need to create two sims male and female. If you don't plan to play them later just chose random values you only need them for their nude outfit. Save them to your library and exit to the main menu.
- Click load game and load the affected save.
- Open the cheat console (ctrl-shift-c) and enter "testing cheats true" without "". Press enter. Type "cas.fulleditmode" without "" press enter. Close the cheat console.
- Load your household in CAS. Open the Gallery and change to My Library. Select the household you made and choose to add them to the current household. Click the checkmark to save and exit CAS.
- Select the male sim you created and order him to take a shower (or bath) when he spins into nude immediately pause the game.
- Click on the naked sim and select MC Command Center. Click MC Dresser, click Copy/Paste and then Copy.
- Order one of your males to shower and when he spins into nude immediately pause the game.
- Click on the naked sim and select MC Command Center. Click MC Dresser, click Copy/Paste and then Paste.
- Repeat step 8-9 for all your males.
- Repeat step 6-9 with females.
- You can now remove the two sims you created using Manage Household or by killing them. Shift-Click Kill
You can now continue to play with your family.
