When sims are supposed to be nude or have more revealing clothing the salmon colored (hideous btw) underwear from CAS body edit mode is showing.

Thank you so much for fixing this bug and everyone who voted and updated us.
It is not fixed. All of the legacy Sims still have this problem unless you have the ability to use mods.
