Sims wear default underwear/AA shorts when naked

I’m on X box so I can’t use mods, but it’s on here as well wearing underwear under the mosaic when they should be naked

I found a temporary fix:

That mod works with the commands stated. You will have to use the commands multiple times as it is not a permanent fix.

It's not only a visual bug. It changes the behaviour of other sims because they count as dressed. Other sims don't react embarrassed anymore. It also affects tan after a sunbath.
Resetting the bathing outfit mod doesn't help console players and on PC it doesn't fix the issue for longer than the session. if you restart the game, the underwear returns.

Same. Tried multiple Sims, different games, all wear default underwear when showering, bathing, and skinny dipping.

How is it they managed to put out quick fixes but failed to include this issue? It’s been here for months and is still “under investigation”? 

My Sims still shower with their underwaer on.
The Bug is already a few months old. I hope this will be fixed in the next patch. It looks unrealistic.
I play on the PS5.

Playing on PS5 and Sims with the erratic trait no longer shock other Sims by showering nude because they are actually wearing the default underwear. This also affects sunbathing as Sims have tan lines where the default underwear is even after sunbathing in the nude. Sims no longer get embarrassed when nude due to the default underwear being on under the pixels.

My sims are showering in their underware and have been for over three months.  I play on PC.

How hasn't there been a hotfix for this yet? Unbelievable. This is why I stopped updating the game and just play offline now. I don't want new kits or expansion packs. I just want bug fixes. Do the devs even read these boards??

Just returned to playing on a new save today having not played much since the last expansion released, all was good until I travelled around, after returning home, the underwear was showing under the mosaic censor. Just a tad immersion breaking, hopefully they sort this out asap.
