Townie Outfit Generator Creates Incoherent/ Mismatched Clothing Combinations

Accessories should be much more rare or not selected at all, right now they are randomized too often and accessories in categories with few items (like the bow or nose rings) gets selected all the time.
Premade sims that comes with packs are almost never wearing socks, townies don't need to wear socks either, this would solve the annoying colorful socks combined with high heels.
Swimwear should not randomize shoes, there are too few of them, the new sandals from the recent event is selected all the time.
A system could be put in place that prefers colors that are common and easily combined like blue, brown and black.
Townies could be more categorized with special rules when generating them, like city living sims or sulani sims who have specific rules when being generated so they can't use all sorts of clothing. If you limit townies to one pack each (for each sim) you get less crazy combinations because most clothing in one pack is designed to be combined with each other.
And lastly, this is a personal preference of mine, just use the warm skin colors, they look good, the neutral and cold just doesn't work for generating sims.
