Don't generate townies with makeup. A randomizer can't apply that, it's just not going to work.

Here is a townie that the game just generated in my save, look at the difference if the game had just generated her without any accessories and makeup: 

honestly, the game should just not generate townies with any accessories at all in my opinion, it just looks better.
