I keep getting male Sims getting the EbN headband (not all but noticeable multiples), and one or more outfits with multiple accessories usually piercings (even multiples) and they look ridiculous. Not that males are not allowed to wear headbands and earrings, but simply doesn't match the rest of the outfit.
I understand this may not be a bug, and as mention just poor implementation of random dressings, exasperated by having many many packs with (what one might consider) outrageous clothes and/or accessories. Especially, if geared to feminine category (but may not be labeled as such (I honestly did not check)) on male Sims.
This is not that I am against an inclusive game, but rather that it is over the top even for those fine, or wanting an inclusive game, and allowing diversity. I think the packs that "over do it" are occult themed. Like Werewolves, as I often get Sims with 1-2 nose rings and then topped with large hooped/dangling earrings. And EbN as it introduced this headband (and base game got an added headband bow in that update) but I at least noticed that the fairy geared head decorations such as horns/antlers are not included in the townie generator, which is good or this really be an issue.
