Townies in worlds spawn with Asian names

I totally have this problem too and it is a big reason why I have started emptying out all houses in my towns and making it so no sims can move into them. And then deleting all the families. There are so many Ito households in my game it was unreal. It is like most everyone has Asian names even if they do not look like and are not part of an Asian household. I do feel this is happening with a couple of other cultures as well, just not to the extent as the Asian. I have no problem with other cultures but when all the obviously white and black people have primarily Asian names, I started using mccc to click them and rename them because it was so annoying. Now that I am playing a clean install and mod free it is just an ugh problem. Not the worst of problems so I hadn't thought to complain about it yet until I saw this post.
