Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
- Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

my Sims has never had an issues so I'm new to this.Bit hard to tell which of these is responsible for the endless loading.
Could you delete all the files you currently have (all LEUI, all LastCrash, all LastExceptions), then load your save and trigger the error again and see if you get a new LE.
fairy903 Console is different for these types of issues. It's best if you create your own thread or check the console forum for known issues.
