After the new update, on the 19th August the cinematic camera angle settings bug out. After a few uses of the angles, and with the switch from the game (in fullscreen mode) to other computer applications, the angles stop working, and even the scrolling using the mouse wheel stops working. Essentially, it makes it impossible to make stop motion build videos, because the cinematic camera doesn't work and the game stops responding to the keyboard and mouse, besides speeding up time, using the arrow buttons and clicking interactive objects.
I am sorely disappointed, because I use the game to create beautiful homes, houses and buildings, and I am struggling to make them, and their respective videos, due to this new update.
I am now looking into other games and applications that replicate build mode of The Sims 4, and perhaps ones that are much better than The Sims 4. It's a shame, because I have a few houses and builds that are in the process of being finished, and ready for recording, but with these glitches I cannot do any of that.
So, until the game is fixed, you will find me playing another game. Until I see a positive change, there is no way I can continue playing the Sims 4.
