It happens any time a werewolf is created in live mode and it has been an issue for a while. You can fix it by using testingcheats true, cas.fulleditmode, remove werewolf to make them a normal sim, then make them a werewolf again. This will reset their fur to random colors though just so you know.
Thats not the point of everyone complaining though, you should not HAVE to jump through all these hoops , the game should function properly in the first place, with all the hundreds of dollars EA makes off of each sims fan you'd think they could have found a fix for this glitch after 8 ACTUAL MONTHS worth of time.
A big part of the fun is getting a sim bit and watching to see what you get from the randomizer when they finally change, or if you are like me having a save file where you turn as many sims as you can cause you're bored or are blowing off steam that way, bottom line this is getting really dumb at this point.

I don't disagree - I was simply letting someone know they can fix it themselves instead of waiting for EA to continue to do nothing about it *salute*
