I just got the pack and had one townie werewolf have their face messed up in werewolf form I am on Xbox One so no mods.
It's affecting all platforms and has been for almost a full year, i think EA just doesnt care enough to fix it at this point honestly, its a big reason i mostly stopped playing the game because its really hard to look at and i didnt buy the pack simply to disable it in the menus because of a glitch
