[XB] Survey/Usage Data options can't be unchecked

Not sure if this happened in the latest Sims 4 update (29th April 2026) but on the Xbox Series X, I can't uncheck, Enable in-game Surveys and Share Usage Data, it won't allow me to uncheck it in the game options, not sure if this is a bug but I would like to have the option to uncheck it.

Hi EA_Solaire, I'm new to this forum, I'm not sure of the ins or outs of how all this all works, I'm not sure what you mean by reviewed, are EA going to look into this issue?
