[XB/PS] Can't rotate in Build Mode

When in build mode on my XBOM, I'm trying to rotate when I select to move my lot or move my house. The rotate (LT, RT) buttons just exit out of the move.

hmm only other reports I see are 4, 6, and 11 months old is it one of them? and if so which one? I should of known it would be just another bug that's not been fixed. typical of the sims🙄

Happening on PS4 too, can't rotate any rooms, roofs, buildings etc trying to rotate just drops what is selected and moves to the adjacent build tool. There is a similar bug report open on this forum though concerning being unable to rotate roofs cause left and right trigger won't work (I haven't figured out how to post the link sorry) if you go to the bug reports and search "can't rotate" it should show up so you can vote and leave your issue description 😀

When I place a lot I can not rotate the house,the Lb Says previous and the Rb says Next there is no rotate this is the same when I click the move button still says same.
I am on xbox Next Gen
