[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

Hi,

No, if I save something to my gallery it comes up with the icon to save but freezes. If I try to save my household to my library it does the same but corrupts my game  when I reload it. It says this is corrupted and needs to be deleted. Luckily I could back it up from my cloud data otherwise I would have lost all my households and lots in my library.

I'm so frustrated with this game and starting to feel like I've wasted over $1000 for something i cant even play 

My game crashes every time i save or travel or try to go to manage world from live mode the sims are unresponsive for long periods of time  game freezes 

every time i load and git to live mode in the game and try to save or travel the game crashes EVERY TIME FOR 3 WEEKS gallery does  not work at all  I cant share my builds and the game crashes when i use anything from the gallery or while in build mode

loading times are crazy i spend more time looking at a loading screen then playing the gI NEED YALL TO FIX THIS CRASHING ISSUE i dont mind anything else but the crashing is making the game unplayable 

Having an issue loading into my game after traveling to selvadorada. It keeps crashing when I try to travel back home. So I'm stuck there or I can't play. When I start from the main menu and load into my family it crashes. I did a fresh install and cleared the cache from my system. I'm on ps4 console. So no mods at all.

After installing the 9/4/25 update when I am in build mode and trying to replace existing stairs with a different type of stairs by selecting a different type of stairs in the stairs section of build mode and then hovering them over already existing stairs placed in build mode my game crashes to the xbox home menu. I am trying to replace a base game stair that starts without walls attached to it with a "get to work" metal stair that starts without walls attached to it. There are multiple stairs I am trying to replace this way and the first time the game crashed it was after replacing the third set of stairs and then I relaunched the game and the game then crashed after trying to replace the first set of stairs. I dont have bb.moveobjects on when trying to replace these stairs on this same lot thats in newcrest.

I first started having an issue with stairs yesterday when I had bb.moveobjects enabled and was trying to replace stairs the same way but that time the game did not crash and instead it did not work, and I got an error "op generation failed" The only thing that worked in this instance was to delete the existing stairs and then build the new stairs on a different spot on the lot and then move the new stairs into the spot I deleted the old stairs.

Are you getting a specific error code or error message when this happens, like 'server error'? 

I play on xbox 1 and every time I try to save my game crashes. Even after a minute of having my game open and trying to save it also crashes. Everything is up to date as well. 

I had the exact same problem. I wasted an hour on CAS.

This is happening to me too I try to uninstall it and reinstall it and the game works once and then when I hit quit on the game and then I’ll try to get back in and that’s when I see the error code then when I play other games, it doesn’t show me the error code?

I’m on XBox S, I’m having an issue where my game will freeze and won’t respond to button clicks in CAS. I thought my controller was dead, so I switched to a different one, but it didn’t do anything. Then it kept happening! It only seems to be in CAS, which makes it beyond frustrating when I’m making an entire family and suddenly the game crashes or won’t respond,  so  I gotta start over… 😑
