[XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13

We've been able to do more testing around this issue and have confirmed that Memory Boost has resolved a memory related crashing issue after traveling.

At this point, my game is unplayable. My game is constantly crashing and to make things worse, it erases my entire save. I’m on the Xbox so I can’t just get a backup save file like pc. Sometimes my stuff will come back but I have to play in the new version before that happens which makes me lose my original saves in the first place. 

for context, this has been a problem for months now. 

i have an xbox series s and whenever i play the sims it is guaranteed to crash. it does not matter which save i play on or what i am doing, it will crash. none of my other games do this, only the sims. sometimes it'll crash within the first 15 minutes of the game or itll crash 2 hours into playing. i have to save every 10 minutes to prevent anything getting lost. 

lately the problem has been that ill make a sim in CAS and then ill go to play in live mode. as soon as i press that check mark, the game freezes and crashes. 

at this point, the game is unplayable. i want to use the new free content that theyve been giving out but i cant because the game crashes. i missed out on the most recent log in event because of the crashes. its super frustrating.  

** i have also uninstalled and redownloaded the game at least 10 times to try and solve this problem. 

So I have done every single "solution" and solve for sims 4 on my console. Ultimately none of them worked. This issue its self is that Marketplace is not compatible for console. I'm not sure why Sims 4 had to add Marketplace.  Hence why the game will continue to crash and be corrupted even if you start fresh and wipe the entire system. The coding in Marketplace is not compatible with console so every update we get doesn't help our game play it just drives it into a deeper issue. It takes up more memory and space then sims 4 ever did on top of that how its programmed was never meant for a console user. Sims 4 wanted to push Marketplace for CC so we could also be apart of that world but failed to do proper testing and research if it would even be compatible. Main reason console players play sims 4 om console is bc majority do not care about mods and cc. 

Happens during build mode. As usual, one bug gets fixed after several months, then some new bugs coming right back at you.

Game kept crashing when i was in build mode and when logged in again, the lot reverted and the money i previously spent is gone and hasn't come back.

For days now I have been having so much trouble. Actually since I purchased stuff from marketplace. I tried switching from online mode back to Xbox and I’ve spent more hours trying to load everything for it to crash over and over and on both methods of play when you save the game it shuts down. I’ve had it change relationships of my sims twice. I’m really frustrated 

Mines just fully crashing, giving me a black screen and then goes to Xbox home menu 😭

Apologies if this has been reported, but the last week or so I’ve had my game crashing a bunch during live mode. Nothing specific happens before the crash. I’ve recently installed some packs, business and hobbies, nature pack and for rent. I haven’t done much with the rent pack but I am playing as fairies currently.

I’ve tried resetting my Xbox, uninstalling eveything and reinstalling, deleting the saved space, saving on a new save etc. Tonight I will try deleting from my Xbox and re-syncing and I’m also going to save my family and home then starting a completely fresh save and downloading them to continue with the family.

Has anyone else experienced this and what worked for you?
