[XB/PS] Console crashing

So the Sims team is going to continue to ignore a portion of its player base who haven't been able to play their game for the majority of bloody  2025?  Not even the decency of a progress report? Last one was over three months ago!  I get that all these bugs aren't easy to solve and that there other bugs that certainly need to be fixed but dear lord I would've thought a chunk of your players not being able actually even save or play this game for over 8 months should somewhat be a top priority even if we aren't the largest group compared to pc players we're absolutely sick of being the step child . The "taxing" task of naming a lot shouldn't be causing my game to instantly crash

Im not normally one to ask for any sort of compensation but god I think  were entitled to something for this one. No game that you've pumped in this amount of cash into should be completely unusable for the majority of the year! Please sims team throw us a bone, give us some sort of glimmer of hope a simple update would do wonders to restore some semblance of faith

I’m playing on xbox x and can’t even play long enough in build mode to set up a baby’s room for my family because the game KEEPS CRASHING!!  I have never been so frustrated with a game before!!

I agree with this and also have the same issue. A lot of my game crashing in build mode is when I’m in the family inventory. Soooooo annoying 😩😩😩😩😩

Hi there! I’ve noticed the same things unplayable on my ps5 as it keeps crashing whenever I go to save or try to exit game to main menu 

According to the most recent laundry list the console crashing is now the the next priority investigation......at last!

Playing on Xbox own all the expansions and my game keeps crashing in build mode. It's beyond frustrating. Tried all suggestions detailed in thread but no joy.

Same. Game crashes when save. Ive deleted all games but one so its not the issue. 

So any time frame for a fix for this long overdue game breaking bug? Once again I can't even participate in the current timed event because even leaving the lot causes an instant crash. How do you expect console players to purchase any more content with this still going on?

Bonjour à tous, on est en 2026 et mon jeu les sims 4 plante toujours, je joue sur xbox one et je ne peux même pas aller récupérer les objets d'événements car le jeu crash tout le temps. Merci pour un jeu **bleep**. J'ai dépenser plus de 1000 balles pour un jeu qui ne fonctionne plus très bien. Faites nous une mise à jour qui répare les plantages du jeu. C'est injouable.
