Hi all,
We're still looking to gather saves and information on this issue- if you're playing on PlayStation could you please share your save file (instructions here: [INFORMATION] How to Send User Files to The Sims 4 Team ) to help us investigate into this further? You can send me a DM with a link to the file. Please also provide any details you can share on steps to reproduce any crashing you're seeing.
For Xbox players, there's currently not a way for you to share your saves with us, but please continue to report any issues you experience in this thread, as well as share any specific steps on how to reproduce the crashing.
Thank you! - torimorii2 days agoNew Spectator
Same issue for me, 4 months later. I’ve been unable to play the sims for ages now. Has anyone found a good work around or know if it will be fixed? I mean it’s kind of ridiculous that saving the game causes it to crash completely.

Literally having the same problem here, I’ve never had too many bad issues but if I’ve been playing a while I’ll go into build mode to decorate a new house and then it just clicks off onto my Xbox 1s Home Screen.
do infuriating I never used to have this and now I’m saving every 2 minutes because idk when it’ll next happen 😩 - Y2kHappenned9 days agoRising Spectator
I have this exact same issue. In build mode it crashes when I place objects occasionally. Placing lots from the gallery, crashes. Saving the game, crashes. Traveling, crashes. I can't even play at this point.

This is happening to me, too, except it's Love Day! Every time I get through the holiday, I attempt a save and it crashes my game. I'm tired of watching my sims' disappointment in their Love Day gift exchange over and over and over again.
And to top it off, relaunching the game will usually result in a "Please try again. For some reason The Sims™ 4 took too long to start. (0x8027025a)" message that takes a few tries to get through. Occasionally, once in, my game will act like I've never played before, so I can't access any of my saves and have to keep restarting until it recognizes my saves.
I'm on XB1.

I’m having the same issue. I can enter the household inventory but as soon as I try to delete an item out of it, it crashes the whole game. On Xbox One.

It's been Easter Sunday in my Sims world for the past 4 times I've tried to play(like Groundhog Day) as everytime I save, the game crashes. I've tried rebooting the game and all the other "tips" but it still fails. I'm also XboxOne.

This for real….. i havent played for over a month and return even through i bought enchanted nature. My game on ps5 has been unplayable since 2.13 and now with another major update i was foolish to think you actually fixed something. My game is still same and this cant be legal. I payed a huge amount of money on your game and i havent been able to play for 2 months.
Everytime i try to save or travel the game crashes. If you got any dignity towards your customers you should urgently fix this….. - 80Chuckles27 days agoSeasoned Novice
I play on an Xbox One console. The game is becoming unplayable due to these updates. When I attempt to save the game after going into build mode, it crashes. The game crashes every time my Sim tries to travel to a different world. Creating new saves and deleting my old ones is a temporary solution, but when I try to save my game again on the new save, it crashes again.

Once again, the crashing on save is still not fixed after yesterday's patch.
