Ultimate Team Has Been Down For 3 Hours
What is going on? No notice or anything. Ultimate Team is just greyed out. When I try to click a MUT message, it just says "ERROR You don't have access to this section." I'm trying to finish my dailies and objectives and objectives and only have a little over an hour left to do so. Whenever I load up ultimate team my game just says connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu. I’m currently on my older EA account but basically what has happened is, my email for my primary ea account was deleted by gmail because I wasn’t using it. last week I decided to get back into fifa with EAFC 26 and bought the ultimate edition because it was on sale. When I opened the game up it said it sent a code to my email so I can login, but I can’t access the email, so I reached out to ea help. Over the past week I think I’ve started 8 chats with 8 different advisors who have all told me they can’t recover my account, I have my psn that is linked to my ea account as well as my Xbox account and my PlayStation transaction history. It seems that I’m just not getting past verification but I have no clue why. Good day, I 'm on the verge of loosing all hope with EA. I lost access to my previous account when my old IP provider (Tiscali.co.uk) closed. And while it remained live for a while, it was eventually deleted, meaning my old 'Tiscali' email address is now no longer valid or accessible in any way, and there is NO previous IP Provider whom i could contact for assistance (as your repetitive "Advice" repeats over and over again 😡) Honestly, who even thought that would be an acceptable response? 😶 I did manage to gain access to the account a while back, and at that time I managed to link it to my Xbox "Gamepass" account which is tied to my 'NEW' Gmail Address (big mistake) I then tried to change the now obsolete 'Tiscali' email address to my current 'Gmail' one, every time I have tried to do this, I have been unsuccessful as your system just tells me to provide a code which has been sent to my old email address to which I no longer have access, these days I only seam to be allowed to access the forum with my old account.☹️ When i try to select the option for "No longer have access to email address" your system just tells me to contact my old email provider....you know, the ones who no longer exist!!!... do you see my issue?... I'm going round in circles, and have done for a few years now with no resolution. At least previously i was able to at least log into my account by selecting my 'Xbox account' at login.... now you have introduced your ridiculously excessive 2-point authentication, it just tells me that a code has been sent to the old email address which no longer exists.....I think I've accepted that my old EA library has gone now, and so I created a new account but need help from a REAL person, to either regain access to my old account, delete my old account (and just use my new account going forward) or to delete my "Gamepass" link from the old account so I can re-link it to this account.... until then I am unable to play EA games from Gamepass or my library as both are inaccessible. help! When I click on the Apex icon on my Nintendo switch 2 ,it says there was a problem and the software needed to close and I have no suspensions or reports or anything so I'm not finding a solution. If you've got some reason not been able to load up apex for the last week due to error on PS5,here's a way to solve that bug if you are also dealing with the same issue. Go to settings, scroll down until you see Saved Data and Game/App Setting, go to Saved Data (PS5) click on Upload or Delete from Console Storage,click on apex, delete,and it should work This was how I was able to solve my issue, I hope this solves your issue as well.129Views3likes10CommentsNot logging into game - stuck on javelin
Hello everyone, I haven't been able to log into the game for a few days. Even though I click ‘Launch Game’ on Steam, it just keeps loading for 1–2 minutes and then freezes like that.
