Syria is still banned even though the US sanctions have been lifted?
I was shocked. I bought Bf5 on my Steam account and downloaded it just to find out later that I can't even connect to the EA services and servers. this is really infuriating, not only for the money I spent because it wasn't that much but I was really excited to get back to the game again (since I bought it even though I had it for free using the Amazon Prime deal a few years ago) Can someone look more into this? this is actually insane, the whole middle east can play but a specific country? for what? sanctions? they are already lifted. Thanks for reading all of my rant.1View0likes0CommentsCommunicating with online services
I purposely cancelled any attempt for F1 25 (on PC) to connect to EA when I first got this game as I know there can be issues. Anyway, clever me decided it would now be fine to do. I've come back to the game for a third time after that choice and the game just sits there with "Communicating with online services" at the top left of the screen. 20 minutes I've been waiting now and I've tried this several times (had to manually close the game). My internet is working great but I now can't play the game as there's not even a cancel button that appears to allow me to stop this attempted connection from starting in the first place. There's also no cancel button after it starts trying to connect which is a really strange omission! Please sort this as I have a £50 game I can't use now :(Sims 4 not responding
When I go into the ea app and click play it logs out and doesn’t bring me into sims 4, it just says I’m already playing but I’m not in my game, another thing is when I put open as administrator it doesn’t always work but when it does let me into my game my sims 4 hairs start to disappear when I move the camera back2Views0likes0CommentsI got my account back after 2 years and there is a ban
Hello, after 2 years I got my account back from the support, which I lost for no reason from the email I guess because of inactivity I guess, There is a ban on the account for something I don't know what, of course it's not my fault if my account was stolen, you can easily trace it by the IP address where the account was everywhere, I would like to ask you if it could be cancelled. I am the true founder of this account and I put a lot of money into it and I don't want to lose it because someone stole it from my email without me knowing about it. It's not fair to me please be lenient.8Views0likes0CommentsLost email address access

What if I forgot the email address on my account? If you don’t remember which email you used on your account, there are some other ways you can try finding out which one it’s registered to. What if I don’t have access to the email address on my account? Your email provider should have some ways for you to get logged back into your email account. Check to see if they offer a way for you to reset your password or answer some security questions. They may also have other ways to verify your identity and recover access. Try looking for these options on the login page for your email provider, or at their support website. Why am I being asked to enter a verification code when I log in? Hey football fans, Looking to add an extra layer of security to your EA Account? Having trouble logging in with two-factor authentication? Read on for more info! How do I turn on two-factor authentication? Visit the Security and Privacy tab in your EA Account portal. Look for Two-factor authentication and click the right arrow (>). Click Turn On and pick your authentication method. You’ll have the option to authenticate via email, authenticator app, or text message. We’ll send you a code using the method you chose. Use that code to enable two-factor authentication. Note: if it’s the first time you’re setting up two-factor authentication on your account, your first code will only come through via email. After you’ve enabled two-factor authentication you can set up other methods to get codes. What if I’m not getting codes sent to my email address? First, try resending the authentication code. There are a few things you’ll want to make sure of: Your email inbox isn’t full You’ve checked the Spam or Junk folder in your email You or your email provider haven’t blocked EA emails You’re logging into the right EA Account If you’ve logged into a different EA Account, the codes might be going to the wrong email To make sure you can always get your authentication codes, keep your EA Account email address up to date. Choose the Authenticator app option when you set up two-factor authentication on your EA Account. Select your device from the drop down menu. Install the Google Authenticator app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Open the Google Authenticator app on your device. Select Begin Setup. Choose how you want to set up the authenticator: Select Scan barcode to scan the QR code from your EA Account Settings. Select Manual entry to type in your EA Account’s email address and the Secret Key from your EA Account Settings. Enter the code the authenticator gives you. Select Save. Once you have app authentication set up, you’ll need to open the app and enter the 6-digit code that appears whenever we ask you for a two-factor authentication code. Hey football fans, If you need to report a bug you’re seeing in College Football 26, we’ve got some tips on the best way to let us know. Read on for more info. Before anything else, we want to make sure you’re looking in the right place. Sometimes it can be tricky to tell the difference between a bug and a technical issue. A technical issue is something that you may be able to fix yourself with some troubleshooting. Some common examples: Connectivity (disconnections, lag, unable to access account) Account issues, change email/password/security question etc. Account action/banned Trouble installing the game If you’re seeing an issue like that, I’d recommend checking out the College Football 26 Technical Issues board for some troubleshooting tips. A bug is an issue that you will not be able to fix on your own. Bugs will require us to test and could need a game update in order to fix the issue. Some common examples of bugs: Animation issues Missing assets Game menu issues Repeatable game crashes If you’re ready to report a bug, there are a few things we ask you to keep in mind to help us better keep track of your reports: Use the search function. Before you create a new post, try searching the boards to see if anyone else might have already reported the same issue. If you find a thread that someone else created, feel free to reply and add your info. Keeping the reports in one thread helps us better understand how many people are having the same issue. Be descriptive. Try to share as much info about the issue as you can. A post that only says “this is broken” doesn’t give us much to work with. What about it is broken? What led up to the issue? Sharing more info helps us test the problem on our side and gives us more to work from. Include details. Giving us more details in your post helps us know what to look for when testing bugs. Please include as much of the following info as possible in your post: Which platform are you playing on? What is your PSN ID or Xbox Gamertag? Which game mode were you playing when the issue happened? Did you get any error messages? What happened in the game leading up to the issue? What was supposed to happen before the issue came up? Do you have any screenshots or video clips of the issue? Following the suggestions above will help us better understand and keep track of the bugs you’re reporting. Keep in mind that reporting a bug doesn’t always guarantee that it can be fixed, but we will do our best to make sure the bugs you report are seen. We’ll also do our best to keep you updated on the bugs we are investigating. We appreciate you taking the time to come visit us here on the EA Forums!32Views0likes0Comments
