Somehow I got my account suspended
I bought the EA pass last month to play F1 25, and today I decided to buy the game since it's on sale. I downloaded it and when I started it, I got a message that said ,,Your account is suspended" (I attached a photo). I checked my ban history on their site and it's says that I have no ban history. I haven't played with hacks or anything. When I had the game through the EA pass I barely played online but now I want to play 2 player career with one of my friends. I opened a case on EA help, but if anyone knows a fix I would be really glad to try it.Matchmaking send back to Menu
I have the issue where it finds a match, then I get a black screen and then it says Battlefield, and send me back to the Menu, seems like I am able to find a match, but not connect to it, I have tried all different settings allowing the game on the Firewall option, repair/re-installed game files, same issue. I was able to play some matches with the beta, but then I had this same issue, now in launch day, still happening. Anyone has any solutions? Platform: PC (Steam) Issue: I am unable to connect to EA servers in Apex Legends on PC. Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) fails to authenticate, preventing the game from launching properly. This issue occurs across multiple PCs and Windows user accounts, so it is not a local PC problem. Steps already taken: Reinstalled Apex Legends via Steam and EA App. Repaired Easy Anti-Cheat using the EAC setup tool. Tested on multiple Windows accounts. Tested on a second PC. Cleared EA App cache. Disabled Steam Input and unplugged controller. Reset networking using netsh int ip reset, netsh winsock reset, ipconfig /flushdns. Disabled IPv6. Synchronized Windows time. Checked Windows services: Cryptographic Services, Windows Event Log, Windows Defender Firewall, Base Filtering Engine, Security Accounts Manager — all running and automatic. Verified drivers; nothing relevant loaded. Turned off TPM and BitLocker. Ran SFC and DISM scans — no integrity issues. Attempted clean boot and multiple network configurations. Observations: Issue occurs on multiple PCs using the same EA account. Controllers previously worked fine; sudden failure points to a corrupted EAC/EOS trust token. All local troubleshooting does not resolve the problem. EA support confirmed that a manual reset of EAC/EOS trust tokens is required but cannot be performed without a formal escalation. Request: I am posting here to request that the Anti-Cheat/EOS internal team review my account and perform a manual reset of the Easy Anti-Cheat/Epic Online Services trust token. This issue cannot be resolved by client-side troubleshooting. Attachments: Screenshot of EAC/EA server connection failure. Logs if requested. Summary: This is an account-specific EAC/EOS trust token failure. All client-side troubleshooting has been completed, and the issue persists. Ive tried everything no matter what i do i get the same error code and ive gone from changing dns servers to power cycling and running the game as an administrator on steam, im on ethernet and my pc definitely didnt have any issues running the game for the 5 minutes that i was actually playing. i tried disconnecting different things, restarting my router, and just straight up deleting and reinstalling. i dont know what to do anymore and if someone fixed their game with the same error code please help. error code 1:86001s:227073S33Views0likes1CommentWhere is the option to contact live chat support? A few days ago I tried to login into my old account to unlink steam. The problem is ea doesn't send me 2fa verification code. I contacted support and they sent me this link and said to reach live chat support (Screenshot 1) There is no option to contact live chat there. After that they just closed my case. So I opened a new one where I spesifically stated that I need to contact with live chat support. After waiting for another 2 days thay send me this (Screenshot 2) Link is different now but it literally goes to the same page. The case status is now "whaiting on player". Like what do you want from me? THERE IS NO OPTION to contact live chat. I wrote it in my case. What exactly does your support team not understand? At this point I am not even sure that these cases are beign reviewed by real people. And the fact that I have to wait 2 days for each of these responses... I have all required information to login into my account. This problem isn't coming from my side. When trying to connect to any EA server, I get the message "You have lost your online connection. Check your home network" My home network is great. 900+ mb/s Downlaod, 100+ upload, 10 ping, no packet loss. Can connect to every other game just fine and play for hours. I've changed my dns settings, restarted my router, restarted my console, etc. Still no luck. The issue is only with EA servers. Activision servers are great. Any suggestions? Cannot connect to game service getting the error code after wating the game to connect. Done steam file validation 3 files didn't verify and had to be downloaded -> no difference game still cannot connect to game services. Restarted the router. Game worked fine 20.12.2025 but after exiting the game it cannot connect anymore. Internet is working fine but not battlefield 6. Error Code 14:136002S:-7A And cannot open ticket to EA it just goes to this and you just get the self service support options -> no Email about the ticket opening.
